The fastest and easiest way to return or exchange is by visiting your local Below The Belt or Street store. Find your store at www.belowthebelt.com/pages/stores. No additional charges! Simply bring in your item(s) along with your printed receipt*
OPTION 2: MAIL IN
MAIL-IN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return/exchange process. Please include the invoice number, the item # being returned, your name, phone number & email address. Items purchased within a Below The Belt or Street store must be returned to a physical store location in order to receive a refund/exchange*
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the severity of the Covid-19 outbreak, we have temporarily closed all Below The Belt and Street locations until further notice. The return/exchange period for in-store purchases made since February 27, 2020, will be extended to 21 days after the stores re-open.
We will be offering FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING over $50 as well as free returns for online orders during this time for your convenience.

*Items may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition. Invoice required for full refund. No refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise, underwear, bodysuits, or earrings, or health and beauty products including hand sanitizer. No returns on Gift Cards. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds (less any shipping costs) will be issued via the original method of payment. While we process the return right away it could take up to 5 business days once the return has been processed, depending on your bank. Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only. Items purchased as Christmas gifts after October 1 are eligible for return or exchange until the following 14th of January. Price matching is not available for purchases which are later included in any other special promotions, including Black Friday or Boxing Week promotions.
